The Cultural and Social Center named after Rodrigo Lara Bonilla stands as a symbol of reconciliation and peace. Lara Bonilla was a courageous leader committed to justice in Colombia, leaving an indisputable legacy for all generations of this country. He was brutally murdered for the honest exercise of his office.
This initiative is a step towards building a more just, united, and reconciled country that addresses the inequalities and stigmas of the past while providing development opportunities to the communities that need them most.
In this context, we are assuming the role of intervening in the contexts and lives of people in specific territories with the objective of achieving a powerful impact at the local, national and global levels.
The Cultural House and the Rodrigo Lara Bonilla Social Center are places where the neighborhood community can come together for socio-cultural support, well-being, and transformation. These spaces offer tools and opportunities to help improve lives and strengthen the social fabric.
